| MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND 2007 |
| THE CHALLENGE is to each household in Wolferton to
create an amusing, intriguing, or thought provoking cameo arrangement of
scarecrows to display in their garden for the four days of the May Bank Holiday
weekend. The event is well publicised and is supported by other interesting
displays or events. The Scarecrow Festival attracts thousands of visitors over the course of the weekend and has an outstanding record for raising money for charities. |
