I specialise in making music at Victorian themed events. I perform at the bi-annual Rochester Dickens Festivals, and I have appeared at similar famous events such as the Broadstairs Dickens festival and Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival. I can appear in authentic costume for any period from 1820 to the present day, to add to the atmosphere of any themed event. However, I can also bring an extra dimension to modern fetes, carnivals, street festivals and markets, as well as private bookings and promotional presentations. My street organ is operated by perforated music rolls. Thus, I can perform a wide range of jolly music - marches, waltzes, music-hall itemds, light classics, popular songs, folk music etc. I have enough music rolls to ensure that I can play for up to two hours without repeating a tune. I provide 3 hours of music at a booking in three-quarter hour or half-hour sessions. In addition to being an organ grinder, I also perform on the pipe and tabor. I can stroll around while playing these instruments, thus spreading music throughout a large event. This presentation works well at Christmas Markets where I can provide a non-stop selection of Christmas carols. I am a member of the British Organ Grinders Association and I am insured for public liability to a maximum of two million pounds.
